James Angus
With over 25 years of industry experience, James knows what it takes to grow a lending business and is committed to supporting brokers at every step. He’s passionate about keeping things fast, easy and personal, and outside of work he also serves as the Ringmaster at the Sydney Royal Easter Show, commanding the Main Arena on horseback across all ten days of the event.
Kristy Nel
With more than 15 years in banking and finance, Kristy brings deep expertise across credit, sales and team management. She has played a central role in building First Federal’s operations, credit frameworks and leadership capability, driving both growth and service excellence. Kristy is passionate about developing people and delivering outcomes that balance strong risk management with a genuine focus on customer experience.
